Who's smiling now, Chara?

first time trying to do a glitch effect and I'm not so happy with it but it looks alright.

so this goes with this: queensdaughters.deviantart.com… which im thinking of calling the SMILE.run AU where Frisk and Chara are in two separate bodies. for conveniance and good image Chara is wearing their normal green and yellow but in the AU Chara is literally a copy of Frisk and no one can tell the difference.
